is there a lvl limit to adding Astral to a Wep in place now...?
thought I read about it being added by Joymax a while back.

For example can a lvl42 add Astral to my 52 SOS Sword+4

5 lvls prior to the first weapon of that degree

i.e. for 4th deg u have to be lvl 19, 5th degree 27... etc

I didn't know that, that's a good thing against CCF'ing.
