Not enough Pride

I've noticed how people from other countries abbreviate their country in their name like
Ger_Name
TR_GUILDNAME_TR
HEROESVN
Tigergirl_PL
Name_Br
Some go as far as repeating it 3 times in guild names and character names.
But you dont see BoB_US or a guild name US_Guild_US
Why?
Why don't American players show pride. Or is something else?
Have any of you considered trying this before x)?

People with country codes in their names annoy me. They are spammers, I do not care where from anyone is, until I ask them.

Talk to me for 5 minutes and you know where im from
Putting your guild initials in your name makes you look ignorant. Americans(and brits) pride themselves as individuals, not as a collective.
And it just looks ugly. UGLY. UGLLLLLLLLLLY.

I like my names to not have the following characters: all numbers _ - and anything that's not a letter.

If they want it in their names let them.

When most people in the world show national pride, that's generally regarded as a good thing.
When Americans do it, we're regarded as racist and xenophobic.

Except them ofcourse, if all you can speak is your native language, then knowing whom to ask questions and converse with is important to further ease the player into the game and make that time more enjoyable

It is a game, there should not be any need to make other know where you are from, race, or sex, if such comments were avoided there would be less intolerance and discrimination in the game.

You're talking about the JoyMax anti-pervert/anti-paedophile/anti-scammer/anti-spammer system.
Those with Country codes in their name are perverts, paedophiles, scammers, and/or spammers.
Edit - no racism - hells

I think they do it to let other players know who they are...there's always a language barrier there with so many different countries/nationalities playing the same game and it must help them to find players they can understand.
I will say I'm a bit judgemental (not racist), because every time i have a giant, rest assured if the name ends in a certain country's initials, it's guaranteed that he's coming to get a piece of my giant. Must be custom or something to share everything.
So just from what I've said above, there's a good point to putting the country in your name (to find other similar players) and also a bad reason to put the country in there (preexisting judgements from others about what type of player you are based on previous run-ins w/ people from that country).
All we can really do is be civil to someone, even if at first they don't return the favor.

Do NOT single out any one country or nationality or you will go on the short list to be banned with all the others that have already been banned for doing so.
This is a mass warning.

my god this is so pointless, I'll bet you 5$ it's just habit for them, they did it once for recognition or something and kept doing it or something.
Doesn't have anything to do with the collective, pride or something else imo.

lol thats pretty accurate, it is too bad that players that have their country's initials in their name tend to be rude, disrespectul, or plain annoying, not everyone is like that tho.

first of all, waste of space for names.
second, we are not american, we are eurpeans or mexicans or asians that migrated here.
third, its retarded to put your name there, when turks or germans put there name with their country, it makes people want to kill them for being that race or heritage.

well it kinda makes finding members easier especially when you are non English speaking
Some might have used it as a "sign" and some might have done it for their pride as long as they keep their pride for themselves and stop spamming ot hatting other cultures then it is all fine by me.
Chaby open your mind for once and get out of that box you are living in, there is more explanations to a same situation (problem)then you might have thought of. a country behind their names has probably nothing to do with feelings

How is putting their countries initials at the end/start/somewhere in their name mean their a attention whore?
Its your own choice to put what you want in your name and if that mean puttin initials of their country in it then let them.
It isnt doing any harm to anyone but people who make the fuss about it and ridicule them because of it make out like it is.
