i know its a glitch but its a glitch because people res too quick after dying from a cape.

its called lag... i envy you if you have never experienced lag before.
It happens if you lag when they are dead and get up again, because you lagged you never saw them get up, so they still look dead.

Lol, but it's still fun to attack them. You go out and train, and oooh look there's a guy in a cape. This also is true if they wear a job suit.
