I hate grinding on Hunters and Snipers.

I'm lvl 80 and grinding on these to get Tabs for my guildmates who still need help with their gears.

I don't understand why they made it so if you want earth 6, you have to grind on those red eye worm things. And if you want Tabs, you have to grind on green mobs. WTF, I want earth 6, wind 4 and Tabs from Mages and Generals!!!!

right, and I want marshmellows with the cracker and the M&M right out of a package, preferably hot too.

OT: I wouldn't know, why would you care? Elements are cheap, and if you are FARMING the elements and tabs, isn't it good that you farm green mobs?
More kills, more drops more tabs.

I might be wrong but when i had to pimp my gears i needed alot of wind2, wind4 and earth6. And either none or barely mobs my lvl dropped those...kinda pushing me to look for those elements...and usually lowbies (4x-5x) or even jangan nubs get those elements in mass and don't really use them that much for their gears. So you're "forced" to buy from them at the market price thus helping them, because you -technically- have more gold than them. Kinda a way for lowbies for making gold...just by grinding.

As for the tabs...mobs lvl 76 and higher SHOULD drop 9th degree items/weapons/gears/eles and TABS. but since they didn't release 9th deg...they don't drop any at all.

But if JM is going to make us play the 80 cap for the length of time we are going to, you'd think they would modify what these mobs drop, wouldn't think it be that hard. Like getting 9th degree elements pretty useless...

And yes, I've had to buy elements from from lowbies, but most of the lowbies who sell Wind 4 and Earth 6 and w.e I notice are actually bots that higher lvls use to make gold with. Who of course, at least on Aege charge 2.5K-3K each.

Oh well, this was a post to see if other 77+ players feel the same way, cause I don't mind grinding. But, I'd like the get the most XP/SP per kill though. Hunters/Snipers don't give that much SP/XP though...snipers = lvl 74 (lame for me)

No one forces you to buy them for those prices. It's all supply and demand. All these high levels want the elements, so people that have the elements charge high prices cause they know someone will buy it for that price.

this issue about lvl76+ mobs not droppping tabs is annoying

The reason they have it like that is for the economy. Simply so it's a buyer and sellers market no matter your level. Alot of lvl 10-20 will have great amounts of wind 4. A lvl 20-30 has alot of wind 2, and 30-50 earth 6 and wind 2 (gotta love the Bunwangs for alch items)

Right, so let me get this straight. While in all aspects of gear, we get drops from high lvl mobs, buy from others of similar lvl. We can get everything we need from our lvl mobs, including tabs, except for elements.

They want us to get elements from low lvls to support the low lvl players? You really think this is done because they want high lvl players to support the economy of low lvls? HOnestly you're stupid.

IN the 70 cap, you could get all the elements you wanted from the caves. All this proves is that Joymax are idiots who can't even plan out the lvl 80 cap correctly. Look at these sosun drops, which are supposed to be rare, but are dropping left and right. They are more common than regular sos drops in the 70 cap. Its just plain bad planning, like dropping lvl 9 elements, that's just useless.

Grind Bunwangs they give ALOT of wind 2 and earth 6, and as far wind 4 that's easy. Grind 4x monsters and break all the weapons down that you find. I think you'll find you will get enough for your stones and enough to sell also. I do.
