Gold ticket for every server crash?

Everytime the server crashed or gets banged...we get a gold ticket thats in our personal storage right? How come i'm not getting any and my friend has already gotton 3 from the server crashes? Weirdddddd! I want my ticket!

You only get a 1 day gold ticket if you were currently on a gold ticket (either 1 day or 4 week) and the servers go down for...i think more than 5 or 6 hrs

Not true I buy silk too and didn't got it either onl when you have a goldtickit running.
