what a piece of shit game, and we all know there wont be some sort of compensation event... just restoring the loss of gold ticket and monkey time

i say, let those servers just die and never come back online so we can all move to a better game

A tad on the pessimistic side and somewhat crazy, but I do agree this game is shit, I just post on forums from time to time to see whats going down

the way how Joymax operates international silkroad really leaves some unanswered questions... but oh well, lets see how long this screw up will take them to fix

thats because its the only game you know and you're reluctant to play any other game that has better features and a way better customer service to offer this game is on the top of my list as one of the better games i played but i can write a review about it that will make you think otherwise.

well its not really one long rant but a neutral review by an active observer of the game, who knows the ins and out ^^ but the amount of negative points about this game will heavily outweigh the upsides thats for sure


and on a sidenote, today is my 1 year aniversary on SRF z0mg0sh!

K I do agree that it isn't really the best game but I ment it in gameplay and graphics , well gameplay pff not really but it is fun to play the game when there are no inspections. Well atleast for me.

dont get me wrong, ive enjoyed this game for more then a years time now! and in terms of gameplay and graphics, the first is simply a combination of 2 builds leveling their way the levelcap and have nothing to do besides Yarkan and sosun hunting and the occasional jobwar and capefights. the graphics are beautifull together with the animations, job wel done on how they converted their great artwork into the game.

and i forgot adding one thing about the gameplay, hardly any quests that keep you going in this game so you'll be engaged more in brainless grind sessions then having a quest that unravels the story behind silkroad.


i should really write that review when i have some sparetime on my hands

I got good friends and guildies to keep me busy while grinding

that heart beside the word grinding will change BryaN when you hit about lvl 69, then it becomes a chore, unless you are naturally inclined to waste your life in front of a computer

Hmm I would like to imagine the Joymax staff in Korea, running around panicking that their whole site and data is being hacked, by that group that said they're going to do it , wouldn't that be a big wake up call for them drool I salute the hackers, just don't touch the player database

Hey I'm not the one trying to suppress opinions thats Joymax's job. Anyhow I was in no way belittling his somewhat rash opinion on this game, I see it like this, a trainee soldier saying "Oh this war thing isn't so bad" to a veteran that has put his life many times on the line in war, he would be offended. So yes an opinion is an opinion but sometimes think before you talk.

-graphics
-gameplay
-friends I've met
-the excitement of getting an sos drop!


But don't like...

-same old 'go and pwn 3000000 mangyangs' type quests...
-sro customer service (does it even exist??)
-language barrier w/ so many different countries that play
-abusers of the rules (you know where I'm going)

If sro could tighten up the admin side of things, this game would be even more enjoyable than it already is for me.

GOD only help those help itself, so for GODSAKE quit this game would you? One less player = less crowded server = less lag = easy for people to play.
