OK ppl,

I have a major problem here. Please, if anyone has any additional info that could help me, please post here as describably as possible. I also ask flamers and off-topic non interested ppl not to write stupidities. Im pretty much concerned about my account.

This is what happened:

I have a very good friend. We both live in Serbia, but he has an austrian paypal account, which is 100% his, linked with a 100% his credit card. I charged silk using his account many times... but with the last charge, something has gone wrong. Silk was chargebacked and my account got banned for 100 years.

Searching for an answer, I went to paypal website, logged in my account and saw some shit: "limited access account". Then, I read it's a newly installed security measurement implied to prevent ccf. Now the question is: Why the f...k does my paypal have limited access?

After recieving some e-mails, I got some info:

Your account access has been limited for the following reasons:
-25.Apr 2007: Our sistem detected unusual charges to a credit card linked to your paypal account.

"How can I restore my account access?"

Please visit the Resolution Center and complete the "Steps to remove limitation.
Once u review all of the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of our account specialists. We will send u the e-mail with the outcome of the review.

To cut the story less, they want my friend to send tons of faxes, call them and confirm his identification, also to confirm that his account really is his etc.

Now the trouble is they ask for austrian personalausweis (prolly ur id card)
and passport. FFS, my friend is a citizen of Serbia, not Austria!

Did anyone have a problem like this? What should I do? I cannot send the god dam fax with the documentation I never had, and the only way I get my SRO account back is to gain full access to that paypal account, which I cannot (or can) do, due to already mentioned reasons.

Help please... Im the leader of a rare non botting guild, and how the f...k is possible someone legit alwayz get the ban... Im so god dam mad.

just say he MOVED FROM AUSTRALIA

make him call and confirm everything.

usually they dont ask for ID unless they 100% need an identification.

when mine was limited all they made me do was confirm my address with a phone call, confirm my bank acc and some other thing i forgot.

Well I forgot to mention that it wasnt exactly my account of Crni_Vatreni that got banned. The account belongs to my brother, ABRAMS_M1. And if he gets banned, I quit the game too.

(No, u cannot get any of my stuff, so dont pray he gets ban)

Thanks for all of ur support guys. I think the problem would be easy to solve if it wasnt the international shit. How stupid Paypal is? They ask for Austrian personal identification card, and it clearly says there he's serbian. OMFG

You can get unbanned. It's really easy. As I was banned for same reason (only other country). But... I'm not sure should I tell you, as I'm still not 100% sure do you bot.

Anyone else know why Paypal crack down on internet policies with Serbia?

It is because Serbia has no laws governing their internet use.

So yeh, go ccf in Serbia and you don't even have to worry about using a proxy... you wouldn't care if ppl know where your from you will not go to jail for internet fraud.... not in Serbia.

I am not flaming... I am just trying to make you understand why companies like Paypal completely limit countries like Serbia.

Actually. Telamon from your guild bots, and Nymya or something like that from your union (musketeerz). As I've said, I will look into it, if I found ABRAMS botted I won't help you.

Chaby, Isusa mu, Telamon is not botting. He just grinds insanely. Did u ever see him botting? Did u ever write something to him, and he didnt reply? Noone bots, Jewro, absolutely noone.
