yeap,you got it right,i am fom israel and i am only 13 years old and in israel we learn english only from 3th class

well i dont know about deleting paypal account, but why would you want to delete it anyway? if someone have access to it just change pw or cancel your cc

i have a pb in the paypal,when i want to buy some thing(my 2th time)
it write to me
