If you forgot ur secrer answer completely, are you out of luck? Is there a customer service # you can call or smt. Ehhh i'm so annoy by this..Their pw changing is such a gay system

i dont agree that it should be simple, although aslong as you keep your Id and email safe it doesnt matter that much.
