Interesting login fact...

Yesterday, the servers were all crowded. My brother has a SRO account and he shares it with me.
Because I was bored, I wanted to log on to his account. I inserted the ID and PW, and tried to log on.
I got server traffic message two times, but then I got a message saying, I could not log on, because the user was already logged on to the game.
The problem was, i did not get the image verification, where as he did. We were trying to log in exactly at the same time.
Conclusively it cannot happen, that everyone tries to log onto a single vacant spot in the server.
Whenever a place is free, not everyone can try to log in, instead of it...
This, therefore, leads to the question: When do people actually get the image code verification. Sometimes it happens, that I spam the "ENTER" key for 5 minutes at a time, without getting the image code.
