Question regarding SRO

I have just been at my nans house for the past week.
SRO has been fine at her house and no problems watsoever.
But when i got to my house i installed it and,
The patch for SRO wont download on the main opening page after you donwload it.

Configure you router. If client doesn't update proceed as following:
When system starts up, quickly press F8 for startup options.
Start your windows in safe mode with networking.
Run SRO
It will update

I've never had problems.Maybe bad firewall config?
