Sorry to say, I've had enough.....hours spent trying to log on, only to be disconnected...& Joymax (nothing Joyfull these days !) Don't insult our inteligence any more about our own routers and connections, All other games and connections work fine. Joymax don't care about botters because they buy silk, otherwise there would be no botters, We can all see them in gameplay...so why can't Joymax
ps anyone know how to get yor money back from silk (I can't connect to spend it !!!!)

I'm sure everyone who quits and makes a thread about it just copy and past the same thing....

I still have hope in SRO, it is up to those who play to make the difference, to bot or not to bot, which is IMO the biggest problem this game has, it would be so nice if one could go on hunting at any mobs without getting ksed by some bot with a bow one degree higher than your weapon, I trust JM will eventually ban a high level well known botter which will start a chain reaction, I doubt all those high level botters are willing to risk getting banned with all their sosuns. Yea anyway, hang in there buddy.

And Joymax is not in the UK so even if you wanted to try you'd have to go to an international court. And you would lose. You paid for silk, they gave it to you. You can spend it any way you want and any time you want.

that's just the lamest excuse i ever heard.. I can always connect even in traffic hours..

And if you don't have enough patience to try it in traffic hours, just connect before you go to school, leave it on his ass in town or something.. come back from school and play

Thanks for all of your replies, I probably won't leave, I enjoy the game too much (when I am IN that is) It is just so frustrating....The Bot issue has GOT to be sorted..and before you say "We've heard it all before" "Whinning and whinging" YEA m8 and you will hear it again and again until it's sorted.= )

You can get all your money back by charging back, but you will also lose your account if you do so.

And also, Joymax made the isrobot bot369. They don't ban you if you are using their bot, but they will ban you if you use revbot, nubot, softmod, etc.

The money you spend on silk overall? Lol if many people would do that Joynax would lose shitloads of money.
I thought it was just the last payment you made. Wouldn't know never charged back anything lol
