Hi all, first time posting on the forum, and its been fun reading all the guides etc, thanks to all for the time put in to make them
I just wanted to say a few things about how people treat each other on the game, (and thats the point, its a game, but also there are real people behind the pixel abyss
I see so many in game getting real angry, say if they are on a trade run, and get popped - i can understand the frustration if u just made lvl 20, and are on your first job, along comes mr lvl 70 or 80 thief, and pops all over you - people say, well its my job, just like the real silk road, well not realy lol, if it was like the real silkraod, it would be like some merchant cruising along with his donkey, and some guy ataking him with an A 10 tankbuster !!!!
But in the end its a game , what some people need to think about is how they truly react most of the time, many times, countless times even, i help a trader, sometimes die killing high lvl npc thief and get no thanks, maybe run in and ress someone, same, no thanks, even if u get em safely to town, whats the chances they ask u for gold after u help them !! ?
ye for sure the odd person thanks u, and that goes a long way, but the majority who dont, well, maybe they need to consider just how much sp u commited to getting those ress skills
now i dont thief, but this i have noticed over an over, ress a thief, or help them out, and you always get a thank you !
I got popped recently, guy saw me, there where about 4 other traders with me, all low lvl, he went after me, the harder target, and got me good , then he just loaded up and went on his way, didnt try and kill me, and left the low lvls alone, i PMd him, said nice pop, ty for not killing
is all about a little respect, dont scream an shout when u r killed in job, try not to beat the crap outa low lvls no matter what u r doing,(might as well grind manyangs, just as hard and oh ye, how about not lying on the floor screaming 'ressssssssssssssssssss' resssssssssssssssss' then just buggering off saying nothing when you get one

and ya theifs are far more polite than hunters i find.

Hehe... it's good to be considerate. It makes the game more enjoyable. I have popped people in the past, and killed them at any opportunity. The thing is, none of my characters have ever really made it anywhere. They are all weak and can be killed easily by most players lvl 35+. If I never killed the low levels, they would just follow me around until their high level guildies came along.

It is pretty sad when you think about how immature most people in the game actually are. All the people that can't speak English... the only words they know in English are cuss words. (works the other way around also) People complain nonstop about things and constantly yap at one another. I'll tell someone that floods the globals with a bunch of "stuff" that he's an idiot, and he starts going off. Eventually he'll tell me that he doesn't need to talk to me and he's old enough to be my father. Then I think to myself... some 40+ year old man is actually sitting here arguing with kids about a game? Cussing every which way and dishing out comebacks that come from the mouth of a 10 year old...

Anyway... yeah. Be polite. This is a good thing.

Ye i figured that thiefs would be the ***holes. when i lost my trade to a 52-59 thief a LHUNTER with a +7 glaive 8thD ran by said hello to him and did nothing. Not in UNion cause both emblems were different. PRObably not friends cause thief just left and cowarded like hunter was gonna kill him, but he didn't

1st. Yeah, that happened to me WAY too many times. I help some guy out on his first trade, when he sells his goods: "Hey, can you give me 1 mil? I want to buy a wolf".

2nd. Haha, yeah. I hate it SOOOOOOOOOO much. There was this one douche who was talking shit to me, like "OH yeah, my friend is gonna pwn you". I was thiefing using a 4D weapon and shield, and then some guy with 5D stuff comes out, JUST as my thiefs spawn and he dies, and then my thiefs kill the noob too. Then he's like "RESSSSSSSSSS'' "RESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS". I res him, and then he talks more shit, and then my thiefs kill him once again "RESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS'' "RESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS".

that was like some noob outisde jangan the other day, he had murder, and i just finished a bunch of around 5-7 lvl 20 theifs on pvp (im lvl 26, or was at the time) and he comes running out and ices me, then runs back into jangan, i keep managing to attack, bu5t he pot, so i do zerk when he least suspect and kill him, remember he is outside jangan, next to the gate and he is pming me with RESSSSSSS , and he drops 4 monster summon scrolls

and im like! ownt! and he realises i got them and is pming me withL I WILL GET YOU BANNED NOOB IF YOU DONT GIVE M BACK
I WILL REPORT RESSSSSSS ME NOW NOOB, (guy was using either 16-18 or 21 glavie, and i 1-hit ko him so he probs lvl 21as he had no armour on)


i had to tell him that he can respawn in jangan, and he said: noob i knew that i just wanted resssss
