unique kill question...

a few days ago someone posted the same topic with this question:
Who gets the unique kill, the one who hits the last or the most ?
but i still didnt know what the answer was as many gave many different answers. So here again, plz answer correctly
Who gets the unique kill, the one who hits the most or the one who hits the last ?
PS: i know wrong section, but in questions and answers no one lookes

Its the one who does the most damage/ most hits

Kill gets the one with best party. In exp share, party members accumulate damage for party. In the end the party with most damage gets the kill, and kill goes to the person who did most damage in that party.

Player Who Does The Most Damage
but if a party of players do more dmg in total the highest dmging player in that party will get the kill

they are both wrong.
the unique monster never dies, the GM's just post random names on who gets the kill. the unique just disappears. XD

i'll post an example since i can't get connected and i'm bored anyway :p
player A is alone (no party) and kills the unique for 40%
player B, C and D are in a party
player B does 20%
player C does 10%
and player D does 30%
so this party does 60% damage of the kill and Player D gets the kill cause he inflicted the most damage from the party

OMG earlier, i was fighting urichi, (out of party) and i got him 1/3 of the way down and i couldn't believe it cause i was the first one there and i was in hotan when he spawned, he was east of the DEN by yeowas, and dead ppl everywhere, but urichi had full health, well i summoned wolf and zerked him, then a little over 1/3 HP down a lvl 42-44 showed(6th dgree, but still shadow horse) and i was like, aww no big deal, he'll just help me kill him faster so i can finally get a unique kill, and then all of the sudden a guild of highs(64-80) showed and zerked him with nukes, AND I LOST HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so pissed i KDed the guy that killed him then ran( very childish), but i'm only lvl 46 so urichi kill would have been AWESOME, but it seems like I'M gonna have to be an 80 nap like alot of ppl that kill Uniques just to get any
