1. More chance to do top end damage.
2. Prevents dura loss on +4ing or higher an item.
3. When ever you want.
4. Higher chance to crit.
5. No idea.
6. Weapons don't have BR, sheilds do.

Attack rating increase the damage of your weapon
Steady prevents an item from losing durability when plusing it
there is no best time for a golden ticket. either buy as soon as possible to level quickly or buy when u think leveling becomes too slow for u to keep grinding without a ticket
the Crit of a weapon means: The higher the crit of a weapon the more critical hits you make
ex: crti 12 = like alot of critical hits in less attacks.
the higher the critical the better
phy and mag reinforce ummm if im not wrong it increases your damage aswell
block ratio on a weapon is if you fight some1 with a shield he will block you less
