I ave a graphics question

Ok i wanted to know if installing a better graphics card will get rid of some of my lag because sometime if im in 1 spot and go somewhere else all the chars are white and i lag up the @$$

If all your textures are messed up, then yea, its most likely a graphics problem. Getting a new card that is better than your current should fix this.
