ok so we know that hit ration is determined by the attack rating on the weapon....


so lets say the following:

Hit Ratio:300
Weapon Attk Rating: 215
Unequiped weapon hit ratio = 85

my question is what is the 85 determined by?

and yes i know about the hawk training series to add additional attk rating...

what you're wearing affects it too if I remember correctly but maybe not. Also you might get some every lvl. And the way they phrased it, magic or physical balance being over 100% might add to it also but probably not.

so nobody really knows for sure huh???
