REQ urgent help

err,,, i just insttalled silkroad and i keep getting the ?????????? error each time i try to start the game
i downloaded the intel driver graphics but i am still getting the error, already restarted it several time
help plz?

have you tried a restart? make sure windows is updated as well. It really just looks like a driver issue.
