Want to get compensated by JoyMax?
Although i do not study Law full time i do understand the right to customers (who buy silk from iSRO).
A company MUST always stick to their company agreements and MUST also control all aspects which ruin their status. For example, JoyMax MUST fix the problem with botters or face serious problems.
The recent act of JoyMax unbanning users from both XIAN and AEGE has caused a many to reconsider their options in iSRO. This can be used against them since JoyMax have indicated that they do NOT make mistakes within their investigations. Yet if they have unbanned more than 10 botters, how has this failure occurred?
If you are a legit player and have bought silk recently or in the past (not to long ago) then as a customer you are entitled to request a COMPENSATION for their lack of support. Generally, a company will either;
a) give you a refund
b) give you credit (more silk)
c) alternatives
The best way to tackle this problem is via PHONE, FAX or EMAIL. If you do have a family lawyer ask him/her whether anything else can be used against the company.
