how much is the pay for a hunter on average. Ive never paid-all the hunters ive ran with denied any payment

Just pay 20k or something, depends on your lvl.

i do it for free, and most others do it for free as well sence they get to lvl up their hutner lvl

In the old days before I found out that trading suxors, I offered 20% but true hunters never accepted any payment.

What about the lvl 75 hunter that comes and one hits you, laughs over your dead body, calls you "noob" or "nub" goes off and kills some more, then while you're trying to thief again kills you again and says "HAHA."

yeah... im the kind where if you mess with me or my guild members ill try and take ya down even if your 50 lvls above me, then ill laugh when i die and go back to grinding

Get a guild and someone will be there to help you.

I've always at least OFFERED 20% of my profit. Which many times is around 10k-20k offered. Nearly all refused. But it is only proper and polite to at least offer. Keeping hunters and traders on good terms is important for the system to work, so do what you can to be nice to hunters than keep you safe.

Howabout the hunters who go around without tag on on their horses. Wait until they see someone 15 levels below them, get fully buffed and then kill the thief, even if they have no goods and are lv 20.

How about, that is the hunters job? That thief is sitting there looking to get goods from the next trader to come through. A hunters job is to clear out any thieves. That is the point of hunting.

How about the thieves that pop your transport, the trader tries to run away, and the thief kills them anyway? Then the trader gets ressed by a well-meaning grinder, tries to run away again to take off their flag, and gets killed again by the same thief that already has their goods? Is THAT their jobs? No, a thief is there to take goods. They got my goods, I'm leaving. But they kill me anyway. Hunters sole purpose is to kill thieves. Period.

When I hunt I only ask for the pots I might use, not that I hunt much, I am a lv2 thief tho.

if they're cheap, i just ambush them at the ferry

Am a hunter and don't ask for pay nor accept it. Just a simple thanks is good enough for me.

You dont have to pay them, they ask to get payed, tell them to blow you, because you have already payed them.. With hunter exp.

I used to pay half of profit and I still do sometimes when I go on trade with my 6x char

Nothing but if im hunting i dont ask or take any money if i needed id grind not hunt.
