As I gotten auto blocked, I thought I would get auto unblocked on SRO. I'm not. Who should I contact from JoyMax now, and what should I say to them?

Q. My account has been blocked with the stated reason due to chargeback reasons. How do I get it unblocked?
A. We will ONLY cancel/lift an account block when we recieve notification directly from Paypal, Cyberpass, and the various card companies that
1] the chargeback has been resolved and payment has been received
or
2] the valid card/account holder has cancelled their chargeback claim
To unblock your account, you must first contact the payment partner that you used to make the purchase. If you used PayPal, contact PayPal. If you used ClickNBuy, contact ClickNBuy. If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company. You must resolve the ORIGINAL chargeback issue. We do not accept alternate payments. Please do not send us direct payments in an attempt to unblock your account. This does not work. After the issue has been settled, ask the payment provider to send us an email to
paypro@silkroadonline.net . No forwarded emails, phone calls, faxes, or scanned copies of email is accepted. Only a direct email from the payment partner is accepted as proof that the chargeback is complete. Once this email has been received, we will lift the block.
Nothing else will result in the cancellation of your account block. Everything else will be rejected and will not result in the lifting of your account block.

I've sent an email to morningdew. She's seems helpful. I'm gonna wait for hers response. I don't want to waste 20$ or more phoning someone if there's another way.
edit: btw. If I do call up PayPal. What exactly should I say to them?

Get the manager of JoyNax on the blower and tell him/her to get their head outta their ass and do something. That ought to show em who's paying their rent.

tell them exactly what happened. say you paid for some goods on a game, the game banned you because paypal chargebacked. and they will take care of you.
