Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Apr. 10, 2007: We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP-***-***-***.)
PAYPAL suck!!
Last night i made a payment and thought hey lets change the password, so i changed my paypal password and i got this in the morning.
They gonna charge back all my paypments for the last couple of weeks
luckily i made alot of them lately, and silkroad and all other merchants they either gonna block my ID or cancel my subscription.
I Emailed paypal:
Can i know why do you think my account is used with a 3rd party?
Now as you limited my account all my payments for the last couple of weeks canceled and the marchent Blocked my ID or canceled my subscriptions, and i lost my money thanks to you.
i'll be faxing the documents soon to try to get my money back or get the marchent to unblock me and close my paypal account.

Mine was limited because someone spent £1k on it. Got money back and got it back to normal (Had to fax documents). Now my paypal is limited again cos Paypal updated the resolution page from waiting for sellers responce to Chargeback. Hate paypal now. Gonna cancel account once it's sorted.

PayPal really does suck. As soon as I resolve my status with them I'm switching to click & buy. Hope you get your account back, I'm trying to get mine.

my first char. have been blocked as well bcoz of chargeback..
but i never did blame paypal, coz i know they are just doing
their job to secure our acount.. now im at eldorado and have my
own guild, have lots of loyal members who became close to me..
i should thank paypal for this coz if my acount hasnt been blocked
i will never meet my frnds at eldorado.. hehehe

ok first of all no one ever used my paypal.
I know when i bought and how much i spent and it's all there.
Nothing changed.
also before they limit my account they should contact me to make sure of it atleast,they should email/call me and ask about my payments if i made .
I already sent them my utility bills like 2 times and now it's gonna be the 3rd.
now they blocked my payments and wont send the money, marchents gonna ban me and cancel my subscription.
who's going to get the money you guess?!

yes u are right.. they should contact us first to make sure b4 they put a limit on our acount.. but all the money you've spent will be sent back to your bank acount like what they did to me..
