hey guys a lot of you dont know me but thats ok. well today i apperaly got hacked and all my stuff everything is gone. i had 2 3x guys which to some of you may seem like nothing but to me took a long time and i was happy i got there.
i had a lot of sos and soms and i had a pretty good guy. i had one pure str blader(my first guy ever) and a pure int spear nuker(where i just reached 30 so i was excited about my nukes which i barley got to use.)
its sad becuase i had a lot of items money freinds and now i have no use for this and i wanted to say goodbye

You shouldnt let this get you down and quit though, make a new character on another server... your perfect build.

Seriously, some people are heartless. Sorry to hear that, but with the new security features in place, you either had a very lame password, or you were in keylogged, and in both instances, it would be your fault that you got "hacked".

if your on sparta i will give you money and armor to get you going again if you want

thanks guys for your offer but its ok...i played this game long enough and i had fun. ill still be around the fourms and who knows i might start again.

And you should add, if you were dumb enough to post with your playing account in sro.net forums.. (back when they were insecure)

It was so easy to hack back than, I looked up a tutorial on hacking a forum like that. And it was so easy I couldn't believe it till i succeeded myself..

RIIIGHT, sure u did. and what do you mean by not necesarily? theres no other way to hack an account on SRO unless ur some supreme hacker which i doubt u would be wasting ur time playing a game like SRO

and. if u posted with ur playing account YOU STILL COULDNT GET HACKED..
unless the admin of the forums was corrupt. which i doubt he is because by peeking at peoples passwords he could get sued.

for a "hacker" you dont have much knowledge mister.

real good hacking, if you mean DOS'ing also, not hard. but it is not hacking
hacking would be hacking their database which is easy 1. easy to get caught

2. time wasting, why hack a forum? its useless.

1. an unsecured forum, an outdated phpbb for example can be hacked with mysql injections.
2. the error on sro.net forum was the fact the login name of the person you replied to was shown in the url when replying.
