No GMs here, but you won't get any help with real GMs, they have already said they will not help with account hackings, as many of the "hacking" reports are false.

Thank the ones that made false "hacked" accusation, otherwise maybe they would have been more helpful in this issue.

The reason why gm's dont help us when we get hacked is not cause of the false reports..

Its due to the fact that the only person whoms fault it is, is the person being hacked.

Dont go to sites that arent trustworthy, never ever give out your password...

Keep ur ID and PW always for urself dont use any private informations about u as ur login infos, people arent stupid they find out more and more about you... then its all about trying.

just never give out ur infos and let ur login stuff be different from ur personal stuff, having dates such as birthdays, birthyears, favourite pets, name or last name as ur info makes it so easy to hack u... take a piece of paper use random login stuff..

to give u an example of random stuff:

pw: 65465165698asdgasd

see? thats random and no thats not my infos so dont even try cause ull fail to hack me, no1 ever could guess my infos xD my infos are the hardest ones ever i believe.

There are no programms, exploits or anything to hack your account, joymax might be retarded but they arent dumb on that stuff... they do have their security if u believe it or not.. the only programm that MIGHT be able to hack you is bruteforce but then its all up to you... the more random and harder ur pw the harder for bruteforce to figure it..

And if u really need to use ur personal infos as ur login infos, please people listen to me and dont tell every single person that kind of informations such as ur name or birthdate, or where u live...

And this is why joymax wont help us, its not their fault.. it really is the persons fault which was hacked. so again the best tip i can give u is to use absolutely random stuff, that has aboslutely nothing to do with any of ur personal informations.

And if ur afraid of forgetting, write it on a piece of paper and lock it into ur wardrobe or something lol Good luck

it's true, there was once a time that gm's were really nice. But then people abused this trust and now gm's are just heartless.

They should do something though if it's obvious that someone's been hacked, or if they're just crazy.
Like if they are lv 15 murderer, lv 5, with lv 6x masteries, then they should get a free 5 mil, because 5 mil is nothing for lv 6x+'s, but it will help them level up alot again.
Or they should get like a sos+5 lv 16 bow so that they can start out a new char on the right foot .

if your from the Olympus server, a person named sarah got hacked from that freewebs bot download scam, all it is is a program to steal ur account, if thats u, u obviously tried downloading it and they hacked you
