I can't level fast enough to keep up with the bots. It's so frustrating that I work my ass off, I buy SOS, I do everything I can and a botter just hits a few buttons and doubles my work while finding better gear.
Screw SRO, I'm gonna find a better game.

Lol the point isn't to keep up with bots, it's to have fun and if the only way you have fun is to keep up with bots, then I guess it's probably better for you to quit.

The game isn't fun. The only reason I kept playing was because I wanted to get better and better. However, what's the point of striving to be better if some asshole is just going to surpass you without even playing.

this game is fun. and i dont care if some ahole bots. they are botters, they're bad, yeah, but that doesnt mean i cant have fun. having fun doesnt always mean being a high lvl. you can also have fun with ur friends and by being a nub

I've downloaded MU Online, Turf Battles, and Knight Online. Which one of these is the best? I'd play 2moons but it's never going to go into open beta.

Have you ever played maple story? There are more bots than people in that game, and the GM's don't do anything about it. EVER. And they don't just bot, they hack hardcore, sucking up all the enemies and killing them in mass amounts. And in diablo 2, you can't even get to level 99 without botting. Point is, botting is a problem in ALL MMO's, and it only seems to get worse over time. Don't hate the game for a global problem, it's people who are making you mad, not the game.

I play this game so i can have fun and get better. Killing thiefs makes me smile. Getting away from thiefs on trade runs makes me smile. And the occasional noob trying to murder me makes me LMFAO. If you hate Bots, then just make it your goal to beat them.

Runescape is BOOOOORING! **** that. If I wanted to play a game like that, I'd play Contact DS. Better graphics, better storyline, and it's handheld.

Not necessarily. After thinking about it... the only difference between a botter and a handgrinder is the amount of actual time they put into the game. There are people like DeadlySin who doesn't bot but plays the game 22/7 with 1 hour to sleep/eat/piss/etc.

And you are indeed getting "better and better" every second you grind... you just have to focus on yourself and stop worry about other people surpassing and better than you... unless of course, you happen to be Death2All on Greece, and have no person better than you

The problem is that even though I get better, the bots get better faster and with less effort.
I was hunting Uru with my guild, we were all level 42-50. Reasonable levels for hunting Uru. I was soloing Uru waiting for my guild to get there and a bunch of 7x botters come KS it.
I decided to go hunt TG. At level 42, I'm a bit high, but I was pissed at getting KSed by someone 30 levels higher than me. TG was killed by a level 7x thief who happened to be popping in that area. Then his thieves spawned and killed me.
I decided to go grind at Bunwangs but couldn't even target one because of all the bots in the area.
I'm tired of bots always having the upper hand. I love every technical aspect of SRO, the alchemy system, the equipment, damage, and stat calculations, but I can't stand to play a game where I'll never be better than someone who put in 1/100th of the effort I did.

That's what I said 2 months ago, but now I'm back.

There just are no games that are as good as sro, seriously, try to find one and you'll fail.

same problem at my grinding spot. really a big turn off when this happens. i b taking a break from sro. it's getting too tiring wif the grinding and competing against the bots. but i do get entertained sometimes when other players nearby swear at a bot ... i mean, is he gonna expect a response/reply .. yeah maybe a "hi" or "hello" ... anyways ... not the best solution, but i'd take a break and wait for the bots to get promoted to other farming spot.

Well this post may be deleted, but I read that the first half of the KSSN is based on the person's birthday. I also figured that an older person would be less likely to have already registered on yahoo than a young person. So I put in my birthday (month and day) and the year 1960 to get the first half of the KSSN as 600615. I won't tell you how to get the rest of the info you need.

It's fun, especially past lvl20, when all you have to do is group heal and shield buff every 30sec too keep pt in check.

u neve gonna cah up with the bots, just try to have some fun and dont play with bot players, dont pvp with bot players, and dont talk with bot players.
