I have been banned for chargeback. But I didn't chargeback anything. I only use paypal for silk nothing else. Bought silk today 4 times. And they saw it as suspicious and temporery halted my payments. And now I'm banned. What am I supposed to do? I have to fax some shit to paypal. Will that unbann me from SRO or I have to do something else.

you have to get paypal to give joymax the money and say sorry, i heard it can sometimes take over a week to get your account back after you give them the money though.

When you buy silk dont cancel the payment, and you will be fine.

This is new to me. It says I'm supposed to email them a utility bill for adress proof. WTF is that? Can I send them Amex bill?

OK so chargeback is getting your silk, but cancling the payment for it? So u get it for free? That's a bad idea.

utility bill is like a phone bill. gas bill. electricity bill etc.
if amex bill is one of those then yes send them that. hope that helps.

you have to email a bill that has YOUR address on it to prove you live where your paypal account says ( i believe)

Im tryin to get my money back for something i bought off ebay through paypal and its been over a month now, so itll take awhile

the real reason you got banned is cuz u were killing off all of joymax's paying bot users.

yes u have to fax them ur info and all that. when they resolve the issue and complete the payments ur account will be unbanned

Under open cases for disputes it says my payment is on temporary hold. For reason it says "Inquiry by PayPal". Why the hell do they have to inquiry? I'm buying silk for months.


Can't find any god dam utility bill now...

you can also call paypal but it will take them a while to get to a operator and you can verify the account by giving them the information on your account. or did you try to email paypal yet?

paypal always let computer to auto reply to your email.. they can't help shit

JM Number btw:011-822-420-8854. Call around hours 9PM US Central time And later. When the Asian chick (auto voice) comes on press 0 on your phone a whole bunch of times, then the phone will ring. When this happens pray they answer. when they do ask for someone who speaks english.

Also conctact joymax by phone. I probably called them about 200+ times, real talk. If you dont have that number :1-402-935-2050

I had to do a whole bunch of shit from resolving "suspecious" activities in my paypal account to sending an afidavit.
