icon at level 3 guild?

i just turned level 3 guild and in the store it says i can buy a icon but i thought u can only buy a icon at level 4 guild

They give you some time to buy it and get it ready.
But yeah, you must be lv 4 to use.

POST COUNT +2... anyway, I rather get the grant name thing first than having the guild emblem =) so I wait until I have a enough GP to buy it once I am lv 4, gl <3
