not always lolz but one day my friend asked me to +4 his lvl 52 shield that was +3 and first time it failed then it went to +4 from +0 after the first time of it failing lolz

You should of asked, 30 feet away, go to jang and I do this at hotan, after he makes his bs you should of droped a lvl 1 brancer on the ground lol. the lawl in his face.
