Massive Farming/Grinding Question

I am talking purely hypothetically here (I'm not this lucky), but...
If you were lvl 35-38 and you had a lvl80 friend who agreed to help you level by taking you along grinding with him on a rudolf and in an xp share party...
What sort of xp/sp would u make from each of his kills???
If you don't know plz guess, this is something I've been curious about 4 a while...
