Suggestion : SRF rules modification

"anti_boting" on forum doesn t really seem to be allowed.
Actually i got my sig removed which had a link and a screenshots of 2 well known botters. and anti_botters threads get locked. also considering that morningdew read forums, putting botters proof in sig can be helpful for MD.
Flaming botters, having botters sig isn't allowed by SRF rules ? Botters deserve to be punished.
Since when are the rules made to protect botters... NEVER ?
but srf rules PROTECT botters even if it s NOT intentional it DOES it.
so i m asking a modification :
- like a special section reserved to flame or/and bots
- or/and to remove or to modify this rule " do not flame or personnally attack others " because "others" mean everyone.
- or osmething else i dunno.
the current rules actually reduce the freedom of speaking and protect botters those are major inconvenients.
of course i m not posting that to flame admins or mods, but to "help" i just say it because i think that talking about forums incovenients is important for every forum, in this case SRF.
