Battle Ring

a harmony circle is placed down and up to 6 people can fight in the ring at once, a bet may be made between the oppents if desired "if you should choose to make bets with players you dont know well there's always the chance should they lose they wont pay up and log or run away", rules would used to try to keep things fair, each person would be allowed only 2 stacks of mp and hp med pot's and 1 stack of pill's, the match can only be inside the ring, should a oppent go outside the ring that person is disqualified from the match. keep in mind i havent thought this through completly and i do see errors with it. the idea for Battle Ring came when me and some close friends would pvp and i would use the harmony ring and we would all just fight in the circle last one standing won.

any comments positive or negative towards the battle ring would be helpful

It is a funny idea, then u can finally pvp good without getting pwned or annoyed by someone else, but i don't think they will EVER implant this

yeah lol...I was thinking the same, but nice idea overall...a few adjustments and it would be perfect...now get it to JM's brain xD

this is a ridiculous idea and if it was implemented bows would get owned always....the ring idea anyway...limiting pots sort of makes sense.

i never thought for a moment JM would consider making an actually battle ring, think of the battle ring as more of a unofficial player game, kinda like horse racing JM will never make a horse track to run but with some imagination all of SR is your playground

I propose:

blood smackdown: lv 19: 42~51 (200%) 50%
soul smackdown:lv 41: 119~146 (230%) 50%
demon smackdown: lv63 269~329 (250%) 50%

By the way, this is a retarded idea.

Good idea, but the problems are:

- Ghost-Spear Mars, one Knock-Back and you lose.
- Many people would KS, because they are n00b's.
- Harmony circle is a little bit too small, could work for 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 pvp.

Except for those things it's good. But with the cape's I don't see a reason why this should be used >.<. If you want to fight in pairs, simply put the same capes on and there you go.

this isnt a bad idea...just needs to be tuched up. i agree with the "think of SRO as your playground" idea lol. im always looking for new ways to defeat the boredom of grinding .

So , with this idea, archers loose their one and only advantage...range....

Ummm....dont call it a battle ring. Sounds really gay. Call it Dueling. Yes people may recall that to cape fighting, but dueling sounds alot better

Here's how we fix it. Two circles, ten meters apart. Each character starts in one circle. That way the archer can maintain his distance and the the blade/glaive user can...wait a minute....crap. That won't work, either.

Bladers would own with KD stab(s) repeat

Glaivers would own with knockback

All others would get owned by glaivers and bladers.

Nukes would suck cos there's no distance

Its a great Idea but JoyMax already made "The ford". You get the same kind of action. But in here the bowers have advantage just like in Real. Fire from the walls. So yhe its a great idea. But i think the ford is bether.

Joymax may be thinking of differnet things but even if so they will take ages to do them but probs at the end they will have them, and most liely when we are gonna all stop plaing it
