if u are lucky with alchemy and u got lots of gold left, go for it. but then again, the item really needs a lot of work. i dont know if it is worth your gold

Haggle with the guy and mention the poor attributes mentioned here...if he's reasonable he'll see your point and go lower;if he's not then laugh at him and tell him good luck selling that piece of crap
