does MAG ATT % make a diff. on STR based weap?

got a 56 blade drop with 90% mag att. and 10% phy att.
is this benificial to a str build or not. if no i was just gonna npc this item cause im a glavie user

It is beneficial but not as much as it would be if it was 90% phys.

actually, raising the amg attack of a str weapon ( or the phys attack of an int weapon) makes a pretty significant difference. it's very noticable. taking my phys attack from 22% to 48% on my old 64 spear gave me another 5-10% dmg every hit.

My friend let me compare my 32+3 sos glavie with her 32+4 som spear, the result: Almost same dmg, just a bit higher because it
IS SoM after all -.-;
Earlier i bought a 32+5 sos glavie and now i get pretty much the same dmg lol.

I know, but not everyone buys things because they have 90% phy/mag.
It will sell for more if he fixes the phy% lol thats what i mean. xD

Doesnt a higher magic attack on a weapon increase the power on imbue
Might mean extra damage for a Str Build

XD, a 100% stat for lvl 1 weapon, barely means anything at all

Thats what I thought too. I noticed it too on my glaiver.
