Differnet version of silkroad

is it legal to play likea vietnamese chinese or korea silkroad if u dont live in that certain area? Say if i lived in Europe, am i allow to play the vietnames or chinese versiion? or are those versions only for the people that live in that area.

What if ppl in Europe and north america wants to play ksro or vnsro because of better items and less server traffic? are they allow to?
use common sense and reading comprehension for once?

If you can make account you can play any Silkroad version you like,thing is if you play much time like iSRO version they will got your IP and see you not from certain area so you just going to be blocked.
