I think it depends per level.
And also, when I level up, the 1STR point given looks more than the 3 STR points added after that. Same with Int.

Not sure if it's right though

there is no specific number, but there is a formula

How do I know? I reversed engineer the game and here is the computer source code algorithms that calculate the HP you have if you are a Pure build:

sHP = int(pow(1.02,(pbv-1))*((pbv-1)*4+20)*10);

I'll translate the code to human math so you can paste the formula in google.com and it will calculate the HP for you.

Instruction: Replace "THELEVEL" with 150 (or whatever) you want and you will get the HP amount naked at a specified level:

Paste this in google to calculate pure STR HP:
(1.02^(THELEVEL - 1))*((THELEVEL - 1)*4+20)*10)

Paste this in google to calculate pure INT HP:
(1.02^(THELEVEL - 1))*((THELEVEL - 1)*1+20)*10)

With that formula you can also calculate the total HP for a hybrid char. Just take the avarage of Str added each level, and replaec the
(1.02^(THELEVEL - 1))*((THELEVEL - 1)*4+20)*10) 4 for the avarage ammount of Str added each level.
One Str at level up, + the ammount(1,2or3) you've added.

*Thinks he's smart*

Its around 52 hp per add. So for a pure str, you add 4 points per lvl, 3 being the ones you CHOOSE to place, and 1 being the one automaticly placed into strength, So around 208 hp per lvl or so.

Thats not true. On avarage it is.
But when yiou started, you start with 20Int and 20Str. So you have 200HP and 200MP.
So for every level up, 1Int or 1 Str would be more and more, right?

As FULL STR.

My 79's HP with +STR boosted from my gears:
79 HP: 19710

After lvl'ing to 80, without add'ing my 3 stats. (But 1 pt added auto).

80 HP: 20106

And adding the 3 stats give me about ~50 hp per +1.

NuclearSilo is right
if you are to lazy to plug your numers into the formula just go here:
http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Build_Applet/

click on head

enter current lvl and then add str points and see what the increase in Hp is.

Acording to the answers above your post you are worng, each str and int doesnt give 22 points of HP/MP -.-
