A GM gave it to me.
Anyway, would anyone be interested in me looking into this idea further and making a tutorial on it? I think it might be nice for those movie maker types who don't want their cameramen visible. The damage numbers can be removed as well.
To everyone who is asking for tutorials on PK2 editing, which tutorials should I work on first?

Used the same zeroed mesh on all the body parts as for the nude patch

Good idea, but not that simple. That idea would be problematic because then ALL male characters will be invisible. Instead, I took the thief suit, made it invisible, then made the character's face invisible as well. Still problematic with the fact that all characters with that face will have no face and all thieves using that suit will be invisible except for the face but it's definitely a step up. I tried experimenting a bit with setting flags in the BSR files but I found I couldn't make my character completely invisible with just one item.
I'm sure there is a better way to do this, so I just need to keep on trying.

Might want to make grasswalk invisible too if your camera person needs to keep up.

Worked for me to remove the tag from front of the face from rendering.
Just added alpha for the area.

Yeah, but that's where the game is taking one part of the texture and overlaying it over another. Doesn't work for the whole body. I tested it.
