What you would expect from a GM.

So, I spent a lot of money, and pimped out my helm

And noticed that I am not getting my defense/dodge bonuses I added to it.

Considering the cost, that makes me really sad

So, I fill out GM ticket from ingame

And in less than 10 minutes, GM whisper me =)

Had me take off all my items and put them back on one at a time, to see if anything was happening

In the end, theres a big with the bonus Item I put on it

And he can't fix, but it will be added to the list of future fixes.

GM make me nekkid!

I ask if he needed to see my helm, and he implied he could already see it -.- stalker GM =(

Something SRO gm's don't do. Thats the point of the thread.

No i don't sorry, I DO MUCH MORE! I show up 5 mins early, Get her a Gift 1 day before her birthday i let her sleep at her friends house and i would buy her anything *including a good helm

nice, even tho he couldn't help much, just the acknowledgement of your prob & one on one contact was enough to make it positive exp. Don't know y so many view GMs in negative light as a whole...

buying a copy of WOW = $50
monthly subscription fee = ~$14
getting a response from a GM within 10 mins in game = priceless

on a side note....

having GM make freak response to 'get nekkid and wear a helmet' = dam creepy
