In korea they actually take gaming very seriously.
There is an organisation set up that has control over enforcing stringent rules when it comes to games especially mmo's.
I understand not everyone here is korean but perhaps you could lodge a complaint through this company instead to get this bot problem sorted out once and for all.

Whining and whinging in this forum has gone on too long now and we all know nothing comes of it.
Surely it is time for a change. Either quit or dammnit go do something about it.
