Is my character messed up?

Lvl=35
Weapon = blade
Str=122
Int=88

Skills
weapon 28 (all except the range attack)
fire 28 (imbue, fire shield, fire guard, flame body, passive)
ice 28 (only frost guard, passive)
light 28 (only speed, magic damage, parry, passive)
force 20 (only for the extra mp)

I intend to put into str all level up from now on, but will this build still be sufficient for pvp? Most people say that hybrid sucks in general.

hybrids don't suck in general, and drop force. delv it back to 0.
not worth it for just the MP
