While in game press Alt+Windows+Enter. This puts the game into windowed mode.
It works on both my computers, but when i tried it on my friend's it just opened the windows media center or whatever it's called. So it's possible that it wont work.
I cant remeber if this was posted yet or not...

SRO doesn't really minimizes when you press alt+tab It just puts sro in the background. try to press Alt+tab with no other applications open, You'll see that it won't work.

just use alt+enter, not alt+windows+enter. should work fine to put SRO in a window.
But what's the point? alt-tab works fine to get to other apps and isn't SRO better full screen anyway?

If the point of this trick is to see all of your desktop items, then there could be other applications besides SRO that are hiding the desktop. In that case, Windows+M will minimize ALL windows. Less clicks than opening the start menu and hitting the desktop button.
If the point is to put SRO in a window so you can access the start menu and taskbar, then simply hitting the Windows key will do that for you.

1: Not sure, i didn't know until my friend showed me. But im sure there are/were a few poeple who didn't know how. It's not like SRO comes with a manual to tell you how to do things like this.
2: Whoever wanted SRO in windowed mode and didn't know how.
