Gha I was going to post my screenies of the same thing, but since you beat me to it...
I really thought it was a joke at first. How am I supposed to take something like that seriously? I have seen people refer to JoyMax as JoyLax and never really thought anything about it, but this is definately lax...
It almost seemed like some leet talking teen was trying to communicate through the gm chat. I was a bit scared.

They can speak in Ebonics for all i care, just do something after all the talk. But if they did in fact hire new people, maybe they talk differently. Or maybe its not the usual people doing the inspections.

My guess is that it was the 'new' GMs that were in training. Like before, one of the update explanations in the SRO launcher had some typos and was fixed, and someone suggested that it was these new gm's trying things out.
