Do people really quit because of JM's bad service or they just can't bot/hack anymore?

The service of joymax is bad.
Users are botting GM's ingoring them.
Tibet is full of botters.
Eage to, and the other servers also.

slowly people that have played SRO since it began are giving up. Quite a few long time forum members have done or are doing so. They may be back, or they may not. Its a shame. they aren't leaving because they are bored with the game or because it sucks, but because of customer support or lack thereof.

There are still many playing, it's 'free' after all. To each their own.

No offence but I see nothing wrong with JM's service, since they're small company I don't expect them to handle ALL of the problems SRO has atm.

Here is some of the Problems that most people are having, And my OWN OPINION about them.

Lag = No problem with it, if you do... go switch to a better ISP.

Server Traffic = Sometimes, but this can't really be solve since SRO is a great game. We can't stop people from playing it.

Bots = Depends on what kind of bot. Gold bots is annoying since they come with huge numbers and they are the ones that really takes a lot of space from the server. Player bots?... As long as they don't KS and Talk Sh1t they are OK. but what I noticed(from tibet) most botters are really kind and some are really generous. unlike some "legit" jackasses.

JM is far from a small company

been doing research on them they have a lot of years behind them etc and should know how to do all this

I've seen from another JM site were they got other Korean F2P games. So I guess your right.

People are leaving because JM is on a blocking spree for kicking for what players say they didnt do. Its rather stupid, they cant block bots so they make rules up just to ban a few?

Also they leave out of frustration with JM. It gets tiring having the same BS done and nobody doing anything about it.

My little list of good reasons:

-Its a grind game, nothing will change that.
-Economy is pretty screwed from all the gold buying
-lack of things to do, really a lvl 80 killing the lower level uniques like TG and Uri over and over again is alittle much.
-lack of good PR department, lack of customer service
-People who's only response to misgivings about the game is "it's a free game, don't like it don't play it".....these people should be given a friendly and free shove in front of an oncoming mack truck and be given a free tour of the afterlife.

NuBot can still be used using a softmod to disable GG.

I think people are quitting because the game is so damn boring. I was seriously thinking of quitting the other day because it is the same thing over and over again!

dude... this game is free and fun so stop moaning and bitching... i dont mean to be a royal a$$ but seriously, if u dont like the service... then do something like leave... ppl complian to us but we cant do a dang thing... and imo complaining in proportion is fine because venting is nice. but when u come on to a forum and complain about bots EVERY SINGLE DAY then u have no life. if thats the worst thing or most imortant thing in ur life then u dont have alife.... my god u guys sound like 6 year olds. its a decent game and it probably never will be AWSOME or the BEST. but take it as it is!

The way i am seeing it, is yes.. it is a free game. But the only reason it is free is due to the large amount of "addicted " players that purchase silk in such large quantities on a daily to weekly basis.
Its these players that have had enough and are noticing that the monies they are putting into the game are not getting the desired results, ie traffic, server stability, botters and the likes.

I am one of these players, that has put money into this game and i am not happy with the results one bit.

So you can go on and on about how the game is free so don't play yadda yadda, but with more people leaving the game will not be free for much longer.

been there done that, came back, cold turkey, blah blah blah.

i dont care bout bots, they may be unfair but i just mind my own buissness until i get bored of the game grinding and quit

Sure it's a free game, but that doesn't mean we can't expect a good customer service or the fact that they at least try to solve some of the major issues this game has.

yea true ...if you counts how much people there are and they who like play online game ..
is no loss for all online games on internet if some quit play SRO or whatever if it is another online games -.Always coming new ppl in the game.. that MastaChiefX also say..

You'll should play WoW, its worth 15 bucks a month. If you think about it, you actually end up paying more on iSRO than WoW since you pay for gold ticket, monkey rental and weapon upgrades and etc. An average player probably spends more than $30.00 per month. That's two months worth of WoW time .


But then again, iSRO is much easier to play than WoW and is kinda fun. It makes more sense playing it hehe unless you get how to play WoW.
