I love how its 22 and its still not maxed...amazing. The highest i have seen is 21 (sosun lvl 16) in alps but this is just insane. Some people are just too lucky.

Yes, 23 is the highest. SoSun max is 23. Min is 16. This has 22. Max possible increase is seven points (23-16 = 7). This has six extra (22-16 = 6). The percentage of the total is 85 (6/7 = ~85%). Each point counts for 15 percent (1/7 = ~15%).

Its not 23 max. I have seen a sosun lv64 Shield On Oasis That had a br of 24.
