Hello,
Is there a specific type of monsters that drop INT/STR tablets? Thanks.

completely random but some tabs are know to drop more common than others, only the monster "degree" determines wat degree the tab is

I disagree slightly, some mobs drop large amounts of certain tabs.
Hashades/Ishades drop hella int tabs.

in personal expierence some tabs are more common such as
fire.i think str more rare thats one of the reason why the price are so high for them. The tabs that you need more = more $$ and less drop.I got like 15 fire tab: 1str tab. Also some mobs drops more goody then others. I have never got a tab off mages/generals. But got lots off guards and devil eye and karas. It also has to mob lvl diff vs u. Grey mobs tend to drop more goody

There is a drop rate as told here, but there is another category of tablets called saphire tablets which increases the speed. These tablets are the rarest drops cause creators of Silkroad thought the saphire tablets were gonna be the most expensive ones.
But instead of other tablets being cheap, they became overpriced
That's why other tablets drop so much. The creators didn't think that this was gonna happen...
Warn me if I have a mistake
By the way, what is the difference of ruby tablets and jade tablets

Jade tablets create magic stones that add an attribute to an item turning the item blue if successful(ie: int, str, durability increase, etc). Ruby tablets create magic stones that change an attribute on an item (ie: weapons critical, shield block ratio, phys and mag attack, etc)

As far as I know it is random, otherwise people would farm certain monsters to get an ultimate stock of certain tabs.
And while Jade tablets effect the Blue Stats and Ruby tablets effect the Normal Stats of a piece of equipment, keep in mind that they can still assimilate other stats. As in STR stones can change your Block Rate or Physical Defense on a shield even though one is for a Blue Stat and the other is a regular stat.

Ooh yes! How could I forget to mention attribute assimilation when it has pwned me time and time again lol. In my experience it makes no difference what the AA % is... but thats okay. I completed the alchemy rehab's 12 step program and I'm all better now

Lawl. Yeah I whimpered when I tried adding some STR to a shield I was borrowing to suprise them with. Well I definately suprised them with that 1 STR on there, as well as the BR going 16->12.
