Skill list

I was just wondering if some1 knew that where I can find skill list. I have seen skill list where was all skills and how many sps it takes to get them and what u get for having skill on which level. Like grasswalk lvl 9 gives 44% movement speed. Like that I would be glad if some1 knows where I can find that list.
