Wpn mastery lvl and dmg

Pure INT KD Nuker is my build. I am lvl 33. I just nuke for now. I lvled my spear mastery to lvl 24, i am planning to up my sword mastery to lvl 31. My question is, since spear itself does more dmg than sword, but will the lvl 31 sword mastery gives me more dmg if i use sword to grind instead spear

does wpn mastery affect the dmg output at all?

Weapon mastery does NOT affect nuke damage.

I have to disagree. Weapon Mastery DOES affect nuke damage. I've tried it my self, I'm a lvl 5x Fully Farmed Nuker S/S, I was alsto thinking, what if I nuke with a SOx Spear, instead of my +5 sword, will there be a difference? Yeah it does, actually, not by ALOT, but my mastery of the sword skills outputs more damage of my nukes.

i think i would want to see a ss b4 i believe u, nukes are independent of weapon mastery is all i can say, so spear would output more dmg

Hes right, it does affect nuke damage. It says that when the weapon is equipped, ATTACK POWER (phys AND mag attack) is increased by the % of the level the mastery is.

no offense here but unless your using your weapon to close combat hit them it wont effect damage

having high force masterys will effect damage as magaic attacks 2% per level or sumit

thats what i am thinking

the wpn mastery lvl increases your 'efficiency' for using your wpn, if wpn dmg is taken in to account (hences nuking with wpns compare to nuke empty handed), why would the lvl mastery taken into account for dmg output?
