You should ask Morningdew to take a look at your case. He/she usually helps people on this forum either for good or bad, depending on what your problem is. At least she will give you a reason for why your account was blocked and if something can be done about it.

Also we dont refund silk because it is a virtual product. You consumed your silk and there for got what your paid for. Also stated in ToS

I just feel screwed.....the SAME day i bought silk, i get banned. I bought 300 silk that day, a new gold scroll, monkey, and attack/def scrolls. It was also the day the lvl 80 cap came out. In the morning i was all exited, waiting 5 hours for yarkan . By the time I went to sleep i was pissed. 100 year ban and no explaination.

In the end who wins? Person Alittlelucy gets banned 100 years, without a fighting chance. Person BWeakling gets away free as a bird. Both stories, there is a reasonable doubt. Both stories joymax has once again messed up. So you tell me, who wins?

excuse my lack of knowledge but HOW in holy high hell can they ban you for using a scroll the way it was meant to be used?!!?

OR

Is it an offence to summon a scroll around lower level players?

Please fill me in because both options i see here are totally ludacris and i cannot begin to fathom the reasoning behind it being a ban-able offence?

What does the sentence "Anyone caught using Summoning Scrolls to "Disturb OTHER PLAYER's gameplay will be banned." Don't you get?

Sure your having fun with spawning high level mobs on low-levels, but just think if your in "their" situation, would you feel pleased if your having fun and some jerk spawns high level mobs on you?

First off players shouldn't be told that they can't use the scrolls like that. It is bull that they would put them into the game knowing full and well that this shit would happen.

Second, you should ask them for proof. They say they have a screenshot of you being there, ask them for it. They are obligated by law to show you said proof. Without it, they violate the ToS themselves and you could finish up the lawsuit with a handy dandy little check from joymax themselves.

Actually, it was strong earth ghosts spawned on a lvl 63. The truth is, I dont know which one of the thiefs spawned the scrolls. I was just the one talking the most shit so I got the ban. Pretty lame huh.

The scrolls were meant to be used for ppl who wanna fight htem lol, not to be used to purposly kill ppl.

That being said, I think it would be pretty gay to ban for that too lol, I mean, as much as bad as it might be, its fun doing it to ppl who piss you off, I mean just check some of my videos lol(the uhh 3rd not working pic in my sig I think lol), botters will always get spawned on by me~

lol and probably ppl I don't like >.>.

Actually I think it's kind of silly for them to ban people for summoning monster scrolls in low lvl areas. How do you prove who summoned them anyway? You can't. You just have a screenshot that shows everyone in the area.

If Joymax wanted to, they could set up a monitoring server that watches packets on the network. Those packets would specifically say who summoned the scroll. There would also be packets showing low levels that are in the area. Even then, should a ban be made? Probably not.

If they're going to ban a lvl 60 for summoning a scroll in the ch'in tomb, they should ban any player that murders a player that is "too low level". It would just be stupid for them to ban murderers.

so i'm guessing while some1 is having a dandy time doing a 5* trade run & u go thief them, it's also considered "disturb other player's gameplay", lol or just jobbing in general. & how about killing a noob over & over again while caping?

2nd, i think joymax banned to use of monster scroll only applied during the time when there was the bug of monsters not dissappearing after 5minutes
