Post subject: An error in the joymax system cause my account to be banned?
I have been waiting for months for this issue to go through the bug reports and sort itself out. Im tired of waiting.Ive spent hundereds of dollars on my silkroad account, and yet the Silkroad Customer Service still hasnt sorted it out. Ive been waiting since Monday, December 27th. I have asked someone who supposedly works at Joymax, and all he can say is I know what i did, yet i dont. On the ban screen it says Blocking Reason User Agreement Violation. Well, i have looked through the user agreement. NONE of those things apply to my account.I love this game, it is really interesting. I cant wait for Europe and new skills to come out, but i cant stand this negligence of SRO. All i want is a reason why ive been unjustly banned. If i dont get a reason, my lawyer suggested to file a complaint with paypal to get a refund. I am sorry if it had to come to this, but I am tired of waiting and still no responce.
I have sent a final email to joymax, with the above message. Im hoping it will do something, but lately hope is limited...
P.S. Morningdew, if you need my id and pass i will pm you it if you can check.

lol, i understand your pain but you will gain nothing from complaining to paypal. They will certainly not give you your mney back because they dont have it, JM has it and you spent your money on silk which you used.
If you are so interested in europe, youll end up creting a new account or character anyways. even tho that wont come for a while unless u wanna play ksro

To BuqReporter.
You should ask Morningdew to take a look at your case. He/she usually helps people on this forum either for good or bad, depending on what your problem is. At least she will give you a reason for why your account was blocked and if something can be done about it.

ToS Violation means you usually exploited a bug.
A lot of people were banned for monster summon scrolls.
Also we dont refund silk because it is a virtual product. You consumed your silk and there for got what your paid for. Also stated in ToS
Chargeback account also receive a ban too btw.

Could you check up on why i was banned or is that a no? I can only think of one situation where i have been involved in that comes from monster scroll spawning, but when I tried to bring it up to Joymax, and ask them if that is the reason why, I only have recieved this message You know what you were banned for. The truth is, I DONT. If i dont know why, joymax doesnt know why either......who does?
I just feel screwed.....the SAME day i bought silk, i get banned. I bought 300 silk that day, a new gold scroll, monkey, and attack/def scrolls. It was also the day the lvl 80 cap came out. In the morning i was all exited, waiting 5 hours for yarkan . By the time I went to sleep i was pissed. 100 year ban and no explaination.

There is your reason for ban, you said it yourself.

Its sad that Joymax can ban for monster scroll summoning, yet they dont even ban the real problem of Silkroad. Botters, scammers, hackers, Credit Card Frauders, ect. And they tell is its hard to find botters? Complete bullshit. You GMs even said yourself you play in the game, how much harder is it to catch bots and ban them then it is to ban people for monster summoning. There are bots everywhere you go. We all know the reason JM doesnt ban bots, because bots are the top silk buyers. Stop lying to us Joymax.

If you want to know the whole story, here it goes. Lets say my charictor is named littlelucy. Cute name huh? I am out thiefing with a few otherpeople. We come to the jangan crossroad, and see a trade run. Suddenly theres monster scrolls everywhere. Someone bug reports us, I someone named IittleIucy gets banned. notice the capitol i At this time when we were out thiefing, Iittle was out grinding his butt off fending off ksing botters. Suddenly Disconnected from Server message pops up. Weeks later, Joymax finally realize their mistake. Instead of lifting the ban, they unban IittleIucy and ban littlelucy, Iittlelucy, and littleIucy, because they were all out thiefing at the same time and were in the screenshot. No one can prove who spawned the monsters. Now, lets go to a whole different person. Lets call him Weakling. He is out botting at the bunwangs. He just came back from his computer to stop his bot from getting stuck in the wall for 1 hr. Anyone who played silkroad for more then a month can obviously tell hes a bot. Suddenly, he gets scared The GM is near The GM says Hello, are you botting? He replies no. Anyone who could watch him for more then 3 minutes could tell he was moving like a bot, acting like one. But the GM lets him off, because he cant ban without a definite proof....
In the end who wins? Person Alittlelucy gets banned 100 years, without a fighting chance. Person BWeakling gets away free as a bird. Both stories, there is a reasonable doubt. Both stories joymax has once again messed up. So you tell me, who wins?

You need to put a colon between the http and the //. For those of you that dont know what a colon is, press Shift then the button to the right of L .
I would just like the GM to explain why time and time again people like person b just get off with a warning.....

Sure your having fun with spawning high level mobs on low-levels, but just think if your in "their" situation, would you feel pleased if your having fun and some jerk spawns high level mobs on you?

so i'm guessing while some1 is having a dandy time doing a 5* trade run & u go thief them, it's also considered "disturb other player's gameplay", lol or just jobbing in general. & how about killing a noob over & over again while caping?
2nd, i think joymax banned to use of monster scroll only applied during the time when there was the bug of monsters not dissappearing after 5minutes
