my own explaination is that we are not 'active' (not sure about you but i play like 3 or 4 hrs ea day), probably need to play like 9hrs to be recorded
i do recognize a few ppl tho and the info is pretty accurate

The level of the player is an approximation based an the equipment the player has.
So they have people running around recording names of everyone they see?

Yep, they must be bored indeed. Since the info is inaccurate, they're not getting info directly from JM.

It calculates gear, and it can't go passed 77 gear so it doesn't know levels passed 77.
And it's a program that auto-detects peoples name and gears than uses php to automatically list them like that.

Just to let people know what this is;
rev6 is the revBot (aka nuBot) development website.
when people are using revBot near you, their revBot automatically listens and obtains the packets sent to them which provide them data about the clothes you are wearing, and what level they are.
This data is recorded & used to make a LiveUpdate chart. So anyone who is not on the list, hasn't been in the range of a person using revBot lately. And that means you haven't really been to town for a while. I'm #9 on Pacific. =D

It can only detect people near it. And if only like 3 people use it then it won't detect a lot.
