Problem with creating account

Hey guys,
i followed a guide to create a ksro account
i made everything like i was told to do
but when i logged on to the ksro page and wanted to click here -> http://i18.tinypic.com/2a9obo8.png <-- to create an ingame account this error occures ->http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/7758/errorxd2.jpg <-
Do you have an idea what this could be?
